President's Day Quiz

Which president said this about his college fight song, which was played instead of "Hail to the Chief" during his term? "It is the most inspirational college song in the whole United States. Every time it is played I get goose bumps. I still get them."

Hint... I agree w/ the President on this one. :) BTW, I didn't realize you could change it up if you would rather have them play something besides "Hail to the Chief." If I were President, I think I'd make them play JayZ's classic, "Big Pimpin."
