I'm Baaaaack...
Okay, I realize it's been quite a while since I updated. Here are some quick hits for those of you who have been missing my insane ramblings-- uh, I mean, insightful commentary on life...
-- Last night's season premiere of "Project Runway" was everything I hoped it would be, including some lame cameos by last year's finalists. (The best was Wendy desperately asking people, "Do you know who I am? Did you watch season 1?") You can't beat another year of the terrible voiceovers ("We've decided to make you a semi-finalist..."), the contestant hysterics (what's the big deal? Why are you crying? You cut up your old jeans to make an ugly, half finished dress... Heidi is supposed to keep you around for that?"), back-stabbing (already, that Lupe girl and her critiques of others is getting annoying) & haute couture. I have to say that I think, on the whole, the designers this season look to be much more talented than last year's group. Jen, thoughts?
-- I'm happy being the only person on earth who hasn't read "Harry Potter." I don't even care if that makes me a bad person. I just don't like reading books that are a zillion pages long. Sue me.
-- I need to get one of those auto-pens that the President has to sign all of our stupid work holiday cards. I wonder if people even read them?? Too bad the printers couldn't just pre-print our signatures on them. :(
-- If you haven't watched "Alias," stop reading right now and go rent the DVDs. It's that good, people. Trust me. (Ah, Michael Vartan...)
-- In the last couple of weeks, I realized that every email my aunt sends me ends up in my Spam Box... could it be because she's always sending those, "It's for a kid's school project, so please don't delete this, and please send it to everyone you've ever met and have them add their name to this list and forward it to everyone they've ever met" things?
-- I almost wish I could go to the next Lions homegame, if for no other reason than to buy and wear a "FIRE MILLEN" t-shirt. What are they going to do? Throw EVERYONE in the stadium out? Me thinks thou dost protest too much, Mr. Ford. I've said it before and I'll say it again... the Lions will not having a winning record while Millen is at the helm. Bank on it.

Project Runway - Oh So Good! I love the tall skinny hispanic guy... can't think of his name... but you're right, they're much better this year. Of course, love Heidi with her Seal baby!
