Back by Popular Demand...

Okay, I know it's been a while since I updated things around here... I apologize to those of you who have been looking for new posts but finding nothing... (T-Diddy). I'll try update more often. A few thoughts:

- If you haven't seen "The Office" (the original BBC version, not the only mildly funny rip-off on NBC), you have to rent the DVDs. Seriously. Stop reading now and go to the video store. It's a great show, and one of the stars, Ricky Gervais (who is also one of the writers) is hands-down one of the funniest people on earth. Also, when you rent the finale Christmas special, make sure you watch the "video" by "David Brent" singing "If You Don't Know Me By Now"... I can't remember the last time I laughed that hard. Maybe never.

- Other TV favorites of late: America's Next Top Model (SO great... the best part of the show is when Tyra tells the girls they're "still in the running towards becoming America's Next Top Model" all in one breath), The OC (always good, even if they are putting Ryan and Marissa back together), and since I haven't posted in a while- Battlestar Galactica (the new season doesn't start until the summer, and I'm not usually a sci-fi nerd, but it's a great show, honestly).

- I finally broke down and bought an iPod Mini. I can honestly say that it is probably the best thing that's ever happened to me. And it's pink.

- J and I went to see "Fever Pitch" today and it was actually pretty cute. It did leave me wondering though... would any guy be able to convince me to get rid of my Michigan season tickets? If he could, why would I want to date him?

- Looking out the window, it looks like it should be December, not the end of April. It's been snowing since yesterday. I figure the only thing that can salvage this kind of weather is to call tomorrow a snow day. Who's with me?

- Song of the day: "Only You" by Yaz.
